FAMILY ACTIVITIES
Pools & Aqua Parks
Towering waterslides. Multiple swimming pools. Tubing and splash parks. Soak it all in. Take the plunge on some of the fastest drop slides at sea. Splash the day away in the interactive Kids' Aqua Park.
Free Family Programming
The family that plays together stays together! From activities like the fan-favorite game show Music Mania to the brain-teasing Beat Your Bedtime to dance tournaments to sports competitions and more, you’ll have endless ways to make memories — and laughs — for the whole gang.
Family Dining
Let them eat cake. And tacos. And steak. And sushi. You’ll find every cuisine imaginable on all of our ships, so there’s no such thing as a picky eater out here. Combine this much variety with our famous complimentary buffet, main dining rooms and Free Specialty Dining with Free At Sea, and you’ll be wishing there were more meals in a day. Best part, kids under 12 eat free at all of our specialty restaurants!
Sports & Games
There’s something for everyone on all of our ships — families can stay busy from dusk till dawn, then wake up and start anew. Step into a virtual world at our video arcade, Galaxy Pavilion. Play nine holes of Mini Golf as you sail over the ocean. Capture aliens as a family with a round of Laser Tag. Bring on the competition with sports ranging from bocce ball and pickle ball to subsoccer and basketball. Together or apart, it’s always time for play time!
Thrills
Ready to rev it up? Zoom around the only race tracks at sea. Fly down the fastest dry slides at sea. Conquer the largest ropes course at sea, zip line over the ocean, venture up a climbing wall, then rappel down. If you’re feeling extra daring, venture out onto The Plank — a rush like no other. These activities give “action-packed” a whole new meaning.
Evening Entertainment
The enjoyment doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Take in family-friendly Broadway musicals like Beetlejuice, Choir of Man, Jersey Boys and more. Or go for gold at live game shows like The Price Is Right, Press Your Luck and Deal Or No Deal. Entertainment and excitement — we’ve got it all.
COMPLIMENTARY YOUTH CLUBS
Guppies Programs (6 months – under 4 years)
Ideal for baby and parent bonding. Enjoy a space where parents and children can play together. Hours and locations vary per ship and itinerary.

When your children are having a great time, you’re having a great time. Our much-loved Splash Academy offers activities ranging from crafts to sports, theme nights and more.
Flexible programming allows children to explore and make interest-based choices throughout the sailing.
Entourage (Ages 13 – 17)

Group Babysitting
Drop off the kids and have a romantic night out. Available in the evenings, our Group Sitting is supervised by our certified youth staff. Fees apply for this service and are charged directly to the parents’ onboard account.
NOTE: Splash Academy and Entourage services are offered on a first come, first served basis and require an onboard registration. We recommend you board as early as possible and register with the Youth Programs Staff either at Splash Academy or Entourage facilities. .
Norwegian Spirit does not offer Youth Programs.
ADULT ENTERTAINMENT
When the kids are busy making new friends in our youth programs, exploring the ship or even hitting their own "night club" it's time to indulge in me time. Wind down or act up — this time is yours.
Bars & Nightlife
Cheers to date night. Our ships feature numerous bars and lounges, each with its own unique vibe, plus numerous shows and clubs suited for adults. Jam to live music at Syd Norman's Pour House. Laugh it up at our comedy clubs, and if you've still got energy, take advantage of our Group Sitting and go clubbing into the wee hours.
Mandara Spa
Welcome to a place where the ocean meets the healing waters within — the world-famous Mandara Spa and Salon®. Enjoy the newest and best massages, facials, acupuncture and more. Rejuvenate in our Thermal Suite with its multiple saunas, pools and therapeutic rooms. Or leave your cruise looking refreshed with a visit to our Med Spa.
Adult-Only Spaces
Head to one of our adult-only pools and enjoy vacation days the grown-up way. Spice H20 is inspired by the renowned summer beach parties on the island of Ibiza. Vibe Beach Club is resplendent with ocean views, an over-sized hot tub, chaise loungers and a full-service bar.
